As the Journeyworker Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for analyzing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting electrical systems on machinery and equipment within the plant. You will install and repair electrical systems and electronic components of industrial machinery, adhering to safety standards. This position is for 1st shift, from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, and reports to the Plant Manager. You Will: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical and CNC software issues. Administer the MP2 preventive maintenance program. Support new product development and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Certify and train department employees on equipment and procedures. Manage inventory of electrical supplies and coordinate with vendors. Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks and install control panels. Drive machinery installation and ensure proper equipment setup. Maintain knowledge of equipment setups, SOPs, and safety protocols. Operate and maintain electrical systems, including A.C./D.C. and pneumatics/hydraulics. Ensure compliance with Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and tool storage protocols.
