As an Account Specialist, you have the opportunity to build rapport and create a great experience for our customers. You will work alongside our Engineering Sales Representatives (ESR\'s) to maintain the Ellsworth Adhesive\'s white glove customer service to our customers. What we offer? This includes via email, live chat, phone and customer online portals. * Receiving and promptly entering orders and quotes for customers. Managing end-to-end order placement ensuring best in class service is provided. * Work effectively with others in the organization outside the line of formal authority (such as peers in other units or senior management) to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems.
