Position summary

The Nespresso Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Nespresso technical support department. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Nespresso Administrator is responsible for reviewing customer support requests, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating the delivery or shipment of customer machines. The ideal candidate should possess strong time management skills, take ownership of their responsibilities, and exhibit a customer-centric approach.

A day in the life of...

  • Review and process customer support requests in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and documented accurately.

  • Maintain and update daily files in the system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

  • Coordinate the delivery or shipment of customer machines, ensuring timely and efficient service.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely updates on the status of requests.

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries or concerns, providing exceptional customer service.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding customer support processes.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information.

  • Adhere to established service level agreements and meet or exceed performance targets.

What will make you successful

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or customer service is a plus.

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or customer support role.

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite and CRM systems.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.

  • Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service.

  • Physical ability to perform tasks related to the delivery or shipment of customer machines, if required.
