Description:

Will be servicing Central KY area for approx. 50-75 clients. Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing overhead doors and loading docks for commercial and industrial customers. This will involve traveling in a company truck (will not be driving first 90 days but be able to pass driving check for DOT) to site locations for service. Hours are typically 7:30a-4p and working at least one Saturday/month (occasional Sunday). Pay range is flexible although likely will be in $18-25/hr range.

Job Details:

• Evaluate faulty equipment and perform tasks necessary to ensure proper operation.

• Maintain record of all service work and repairs performed within the electronic service record.

• Work with Operations Manager to maximize labor revenue and efficiency.

• Maintain a clean driving record, and drive safely from customer to customer.

• Communicate with the parts and sales departments to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.

• Perform work in a variety of environments.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Operations.

-previous overhead door and/or loading dock service experience

-looking for someone with lead experience
