Job Title: Construction Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Construction Coordinator to implement building construction projects and support the site. This role involves coordinating construction scheduling, managing daily construction activities, and acting as a liaison between infield construction and project management. You will be responsible for estimates, schedules, materials, and purchase orders, and supervising construction activity in the field.
Responsibilities
Implement building construction projects to support the site.
Coordinate construction scheduling and communication.
Manage daily construction and RFI support for construction projects.
Act as a liaison between infield construction and project management.
Responsible for estimates, schedules, materials, and purchase orders.
Supervise construction activity in the field.
Coordinate weekend/shutdown work plans with contractors, facilities, NAMC shops, PC, and PE.
Work with vendors and contractors to coordinate equipment delivery, installation, and scheduling.
Have knowledge of general building construction methods.
Monitor equipment installation methods to ensure they meet specifications and drawings.
Coordinate RFIs.
Essential Skills
5+ years in construction management.
Experience in industrial construction and project management.
OSHA 30 certification.
Skills in construction management, project management, scheduling, and budgeting.
Knowledge of general building construction methods.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in contractor management, safety, project planning, and technical reviews.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
