We are looking for a HR Payroll willing to join our strategic Shipside Payroll Admin Team. This position is in our Headquarter, in Genoa.

How you’ll live your ambition:

As HR Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in processing pay slips, calculating the correct salary due, the various allowances, tax deductions and social security deductions and in managing the administrative side of any recruitment or termination of employment. You will be responsible for preparing the employment contract and making the employee aware of all pay, tax and social security clauses.

  • You will be in charge of processing the payroll data of a company's employees as well as handling other paperwork related to the employment relationship between employees and the business.

  • Your goal is to ensure personnel receives the correct compensation in a timely manner.

  • You will keep the personnel database up-to-date with all necessary data, respecting and enforcing privacy, as required by law.

  • You are focused on achieving results and you never give up in the face of new challenges and highest targets.

Get things right

  • Thanks to your ability to handle the administrative side you will be responsible for preparing the employment contract and making the employee aware of all wage, tax and social security clauses.

  • You will ensure the correct processing of pay slips, in compliance with current regulations.

  • You will be responsible for administrative activities related to payroll processing, such as preparing cheques or electronic transfers for employees, distributing pay slips or bank statements, handling any payroll-related enquiries or discrepancies from employees, and maintaining proper documentation.

  • You will play a key role in verifying the correctness of pay data (pay adjustment) and in managing the documentation to be prepared at the end of the relationship between employee/collaborator and our business.

What makes you unique

  • 2+ years of experience on pay roll processing and models.

  • Strong knowledge of the MS Office package, enabling your organizational skills through advanced proficiency in Excel.

  • A necessary accounting, administrative and IT knowledge to set up the process of paying the monthly salaries due, carrying out all the required administrative and tax fulfilments.

  • Your analytical skills will be rewarded through the use of tools like Excel and Zucchetti.

  • Attention to details, passion for numbers and reliability.

  • Fluency in English.
