Finger Lakes Health Registered Nurse - RN in Geneva, New York
Education:
Minimum : Graduate of an Accredited School of Professional Nursing.
Preferred : BSN
License/Certifications:
Current NYS license or Limited Permit to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse. Current BLS and PAL/ENPC certifications OR obtained within 90 days of hire.
Experience: Preferred: One year of successful performance as a RN in medical/surgical environment.
Other:
Minimum : Interpersonal skills which ensure effective communication with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team. Analytical skills to assess, prepare, implement, and evaluate the outcomes of the plan of care. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the people in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills. Computer literacy.
Preferred : Experience with Microsoft Office products and electronic medical record.
Salary Range: $38.37-$43.45
