The Tech for Social Impact Team (TSI) is chartered with the mission of bringing the power of technology to every nonprofit and humanitarian organization to accelerate Social Good. This organization will bring together our donation and grants programs, industry solutions, commercial sales efforts, and partner ecosystems to empower non-profits globally to address the world’s most pressing needs. Profits generated from this business will be reapplied to scaling operations and investments for Microsoft’s public good investments. We have an immediate opening for an AI Global Black Belt in the United Nations and Development (UN & ID) Team leading our AI Technical Engagements across M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and Azure AI Technologies.

Responsibilities

As an AI (GBB ) you will be a senior solution technical leader for landing AI Solutions with United Nations organizations across all 3 Microsoft Clouds. This role will:

• Lead Strategic Engagements: Drive complex and strategic opportunities for Copilot for Microsoft 365 (M365) by building trusted relationships with key business and technical stakeholders. Understand their business objectives, technology priorities, governance, decision-making, and budget processes to effectively communicate the full value proposition of Copilot for M365 and the broader Microsoft AI Ecosystem.

• Provide Deep Technical Expertise : Serve as a subject matter expert on the Microsoft 365 Copilot, leveraging deep technical knowledge in the deployment, adoption, and productivity improvements of M365 Copilot. Provide deep technical guidance on extending the capabilities of M365 Copilot through the M365 Copilot Studio to expose data and insights effectively.

• Integrate Pro-Code AI Solutions: Develop and demonstrate proficiency in integrating Azure AI Studio (Pro Code) Gen AI Solutions through Copilot Studio, showcasing the ability to connect and leverage multiple AI components to meet organizational needs.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Industry Advisors, Account Executives, the Modern Work Sales Team, BizApps Team, and Azure Data & AI Team to drive cross-cloud solutions that achieve customer business outcomes.

• Accelerate Sales Opportunities: Accelerate Copilot for M365 opportunities by creating innovative deal strategies, proofs of concept (POCs), demos, and storytelling that address customer challenges. Leverage core virtual team stakeholders, including Field, Partner, Marketing, Engineering, FastTrack, and Business Desks, to support these efforts.

• Provide Thought Leadership : Act as a thought leader, highlighting the positive impact of Copilot for M365 + AI on United Nations and International Development mission success. Engage in speaking opportunities at Microsoft, customer, and industry webinars and in-person events.

• Mentor and Coach: Mentor and coach the Technology Solutions and Innovation (TSI) team focused on the UN and International Development, as well as broader field teams. Lead internal communities to promote best practices, readiness, and market trend and insight sharing.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required

• OR Extensive experience in technical pre-sales experience, consultative design and implementation.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

• Sales Experience - Extensive experience of technology-related sales experience.

• Modern Work Experience - Proficient experience of related experience in a Modern Work cloud sales and/or technical sales role.

• D365 / Power Platform Experience - Proficient experience of related experience in a BizApps cloud sales and/or technical sales role.

• Industry Experience - Proficient experience in driving successful solution sales within the International Development Sector.

• Strong Foundational AI Knowledge
