Your Role

Distribution vendor Management Supervisor will be an important part of our developing and growing operations, to create the right supplier infrastructure for new project opportunities, and to offer appropriate solutions for tenders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive vendordatabase: Track and evaluate past performance, cost history, and service levelagreements (SLAs) of existing vendors to identify areas for improvement orpotential replacements.

  • Identify and evaluate potential new vendors:Conduct market research, attend industry events, and network with industryprofessionals to identify new vendors offering competitive pricing, proventrack records, and capabilities that align with the company's needs.

  • Establishclear performance metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) that alignwith the company's objectives and vendor contracts

  • Monitor vendor performance on an ongoingbasis: Regularly review vendor performance data, identify areas forimprovement, and provide constructive feedback to vendors.

  • Analyzevendor invoices and identify cost-saving opportunities

  • Ensurevendor compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Minumum 5 years of Logistics and Supply Chain experience with a specific focus on Contract Logistics and vendor relations

  • Possess a strong understanding of logisticsprinciples, supply chain management methodologies, and distribution networkoptimisation strategies.

  • Familiarity with warehouse processes

  • General knowledge of transportation management systems(TMS), and vendor management systems (VMS).

  • Advanced Turkish is a must, good English skills is a plus
