Qualifications

• Experience as (Senior) Software Engineer with drive and clear vision

• Many years of professional experience with Java, ideally with a performance/reliability focus

• Hands-on team player with leadership experience

• Enthusiastic & communicative personality, capable of thinking end-to-end

• Passion for mentoring, coaching, and enabling others

• Salary: 16,000-24,000 PLN gross per month based on full-time employment.
