Your role at Dynatrace

• As a Software Engineer at Dynatrace (https://www.dynatrace.com/platform/) , you will help take our product to new heights and extend our leadership (https://www.dynatrace.com/gartner-magic-quadrant-for-application-performance-monitoring/) in the Software Intelligence field.

• You will feel at home if you want to understand the value the product delivers to customers and want to have a real impact on it.

• You will work with a broad variety of modern technologies that operate at a massive scale, both in our product and in customer environments.

• You will make sure that our product delivers answers, not just raw data, so that our customers can navigate and make sense of application setups that are otherwise too complex to grasp.

• You will help us build cloud integrations that are reliable, resilient and performant at enterprise scale.

• You will use the product you create to monitor the product you create.

• You will have the opportunity to convert your ideas into patents with your name on them.

Qualifications

What will help you succeed

*Desired skills & experience: *

• Solid Java or Python knowledge, with professional experience in development and architectural design

• Experience with test-driven development, clean code, design patterns, etc.

• Analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills

• Experience with building and designing solutions in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Experience in developing distributed and multi-tier applications

• Good English communication

• Excellent teamwork and a proactive approach

Compensation and rewards

• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.

• Salary for Senior Team Leader: 16,000-24,000 PLN gross per month based on full-time employment + company stocks.

• Please be aware that we offer only employment contracts and we are considering a hybrid working setup (2/3 days per week in the office).
