Boeing Poland Sp.z o.o. is currently looking for a Workspace ONE Administrator to join our team in Gdansk, Poland.

The position will be located in Gdansk, in Poland office. However, candidates can work from our office or in hybrid mode from home if preferred.

Workplace Solutions is seeking a Workspace ONE Administrator to join the Client Computing team. As a member of this Workplace Solutions team, you will assist in the administration of VMware Workspace ONE for unified endpoint management of Android, iOS, Windows and macOS. This will include interacting with teammates for testing, reporting, troubleshooting and responding to critical patches and addresses security vulnerabilities in an efficient manner. The successful candidate will have strong technical capabilities and the ability to work independently and as a team.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies on VMware Workspace One

• Document and organize operating procedures for device configurations, technical support, processes, and procedures, as needed

• Troubleshoot VMware WS1, monitor and diagnose problems with mobile device hardware and software for Android and iOS

• Assist with device patching compliance, software deployment and platform management

• Run application installations, upgrades and removals to the Windows Desktop

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 2+ years of experience with Windows Desktop OS.

• 2+ years of experience supporting Mac, iOS, Android (Productivity/Rugged Factory) using WS1.

• 2+ years of experience with VMware Workspace One.

• Fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related work experience.

• Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles.

• Knowledge of software distribution tools, WS1 UEM suite of applications.

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
