Job Description

Intel's Security Engineering group is looking for a Software Validation Engineer to join a brand-new team established in our big Research and Development Center in Gdansk. The team will own one of Intel's most critical components in the Server segment that provides capabilities to boot the system in a secure manner.

In this role, you will be part of the firmware product validation team that owns defining the product-system level validation strategy, develop an automation environment, define and develop test cases, and provide the first level of debug for issues.

The team works in the best-in-class methodologies in the full product life cycle from architecture, through implementation, to validation.

As the component is in the heart of Intel's server products, interacting with many other components, you will experience validation with a system-wide view.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field

• Experience in software validation is an advantage

• Experience in automation development is an advantage

• Knowledge in Python is an advantage

• Experience in complex products is an advantage

• Proficiency in written and spoken English

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
