The Impact: The APMO Project Coordinator Intern will be responsible for supporting the consistent execution of portfolio and project management practices within the Platts organization, specializing in supporting the APMO team and its members. They will assist in supporting Agile Tools, responding to queries and APMO and Technology team requests. Working closely with APMO team members to provide support and guidance on overall Agile Framework processes and use of the tools.

The Team/The Business : The Project Management Office (APMO) is a virtual team within Platts Technology and Innovation organization. We support Platts Technology, Product Management, Scrum Masters, and teams as well as non-Platts teams, whose project work impacts Platts services or requires Platts resources. Responsibilities:
The following will be the major responsibilities for this role:
Research and learn best practices for operating and facilitating meetings, ensuring that all sessions are productive and focused on achieving outcomes.
Schedule and facilitate meetings with technical resources and business unit partners as required.
Work with the APMO on process development and training.
Assist the APMO team in managing daily supporting activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Contribute to the maintenance and updates of project management tools, ensuring that all team members have access to the latest information and resources.
Work with internal/external functional teams to gather and document requirements for upcoming tool/process changes.
Analyze Power BI dashboards to provide insights and reports that aid in decision-making processes, enhancing the team's ability to track project progress and performance metrics.
Assist in managing the APMO Wiki and SharePoint sites, ensuring that documentation is current, organized, and easily accessible to all team members.
Engage actively with SPARK Assist, our internal AI tool, to streamline workflows and enhance productivity, utilizing its features to support team initiatives.
Reflect on experiences and seek feedback to identify areas for personal and professional growth throughout the internship, aiming for continuous improvement in performance and skills.
What We’re *Looking For: *
Basic Qualifications:
You must be able to commence your internship from the 16th June until the 22nd August.
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills required.
Strong administrative and organizational skills required, as is a focused attention to detail.
A proven willingness to learn, positive service attitude, and an ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand work environment.
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint,PowerBI, Word, Excel,ADO, and Wiki.
Basic Excel data analysis experience required.
Ability to drive and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education
Seeking aBachelor's degree or higher
Majoring in Business, Operation's Management, Computer Science, or similar is preferred
