Job Description

Intel's Security Engineering group is looking for a Software Engineer to join a brand-new team established in our big RnD Center in Gdansk. The team will own one of Intel's most critical components in the Server segment that provides capabilities to boot the system in a secure manner.

In this role, you will be part of the firmware development team that works in the best-in-class methodologies in the full development life cycle from design, through implementation, to validation.

As the component is in the heart of Intel's server products, interacting with many other components, you will experience developing with a system-wide view.

The development is mostly in C with emphasis on developing optimized code.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field

• 2+ years of experience in software development

• Strong proficiency in C

• Knowledge in Python is an advantage

• Experience in embedded systems \ firmware development is an advantage

• Proficiency in written and spoken English

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
