Salary: £10.75 per hour
Working Patterns: This job is perfect for those who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts between 8.30am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday. Depending on your team, you will receive a monthly or weekly rota.

So, what does the role involve?
Building relationships and getting to know your customer, tailoring their experience based on their destination
Becoming a travel money ambassador, providing support and advice on great Travelex products and services
Whilst you may be required to work independently, you will be working inclusively in a wider diverse team
Engaging with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
Delivering on key performance goals both procedural, operational and customer focused
Processing daily online FX request and deliveries
Implementing best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhering to Travelex compliance procedures
