Description We are offering an opportunity for a Human Resources Assistant in the Healthcare industry, based in Gastonia, North Carolina. The role involves supporting the development of leadership training programs and carrying out changes to various job functions and processes. This is a contract role where you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and initiating a leadership development training program.

• Contribute to designing and implementing changes to various job functions and processes.

• Coordinate with staff to schedule and plan meetings.

• Conduct research from professional sources to identify best practices and inform project design.

• Organize and curate resources for internal staff training.

• Manage communication channels to share materials with internal leaders and employees.

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time, Benefit Functions, and other related skills in executing tasks.

• Handle responsibilities related to Compensation Administration, Compliance, Employee Relations, Filing, Copying, Document Scanning, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Requirements

• Understanding of Benefit Functions within the healthcare industry

• Ability to manage Compensation Administration tasks

• Strong understanding of Compliance regulations in the healthcare sector

• Capable of handling Employee Relations

• Experience with Filing, Copying, and Document Scanning tasks

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Prior experience in the healthcare/NHS sector is a plus

• Background in Human Resources (HR) is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
