CaroMont Health Computer Systems Specialist in Gastonia, North Carolina
Job Summary: Responsible for providing support and maintenance of computers, monitors, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile carts, ipads, and all other related peripheral equipment. The computer systems specialists will primarily Support Windows based products such as the operating system, antivirus software, internet browsers, email and electronic medical record systems. The computer systems specialist will Support associated hardware platforms and peripherals, remote mobile computing and network connectivity along with Internal end user support handing requests for hardware and software related issues. Maintains inventory, configuration and troubleshooting of desktop computers, laptops as it relates to new projects and Train/assist users on company programs and resolve technical problems both in person and via phone throughout the entire geographic area of the CaroMont Health.
Qualifications: Bachelors' degree from a recognized college or university majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience. Work Experience: requires a minimum of four (4) years directly related and progressively responsible experience. Must have two (2) years experience in a customer service environment in support of computer systems and peripheral equipment as it relates to installation, maintaining and operations in a local area or wide area network and infrastructure. Proficiency in Google productivity suite, Microsoft Office Suite, hardware, software and networking basics. An understanding of IOS, Android and Windows mobile operating systems as well as mobile device management platforms. Demonstrated ability to work and communicate efficiently with employees at all levels of the organization. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational and time management skills required.
