Akima Social Media Specialist - Full Time On Site (GERNACKERSTRASSE GAP GERMANY) in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany

ADM is looking for a Social Media Specialist to work in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, GE. Researches, develops, plans, designs, and maintains policies and materials for the purpose of conveying messages. Writes, edits, reviews, and oversees release of internal communication documentation, such as the intranet, newsletters, emails/memos, webcasts, presentations, and speeches. Works with marketing/external communications team to plan internal and external corporate events. Develops, improvement and/or implementation of new and existing communication avenues. Requires moderate skill sets and developing proficiency within discipline. Conducts tasks and assignments as directed. Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. May act as a lead. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for enhancing the customer's online presence, engaging with our audience, and increasing brand visibility across various social media platforms.

  • Develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with customer's goals and objectives.

  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Manage all aspects of social media accounts, including daily posting, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends and analytics.

  • Implement targeted advertising campaigns to reach key demographics and increase follower engagement.

  • Monitor and report on social media metrics, including audience growth, engagement rates, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Provide regular updates and recommendations for optimizing social media performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing required or 5 years of experience in the related fields.

  • Five (5) years of social media content management experience.

  • Certifications: Must have a documented Social Media Marketing.

  • Certificate or higher-level certificate from a granting institution and must demonstrated capability from previous experiences.

  • Significant management and leadership experience.

  • Extensive knowledge of a variety of current social media platforms.

  • Excellent problem-solving techniques.

  • Strong multitasking capabilities under pressure.

  • Clear, confident communication abilities.

  • Effective time-management skills.

  • Significant experience leading a brand’s social media initiatives.

  • Keen understanding of how to craft effective social media strategies.

  • Strong familiarity with computers and project management software.

  • Experience with social media tools.

  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to work in Germany
