Job Title: Service Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician with expertise in solid-state aircraft ground converters and power units. This position involves domestic and international travel, providing technical support and services to our clients in various industries, including military, general aviation, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Responsibilities
Travel domestically and internationally to service client needs.
Provide technical support by troubleshooting, starting up, and repairing units in the field or factory.
Read and interpret schematics for effective troubleshooting.
Communicate effectively with customers through calls and emails regarding technical inquiries.
Coordinate travel arrangements with management and support staff, ensuring timely delivery of necessary parts.
Work overtime as needed to meet client and project deadlines.
Essential Skills
Fluency in English with excellent communication and written skills.
Proficiency in computer skills.
Valid driver's license and U.S. Passport.
Two years of electrical experience in 3-phase power systems.
Ability to read schematics for troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with service frequency (50, 60, 400Hz).
Knowledge of power distribution and 3-phase motors.
Experience in electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting tasks.
Ability to work flexible hours and travel without prior notice.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $62400.00/yr.
