Aston Carter Accounts Payable Specialist in Garland, Texas

Job Title: Accounts Payable SpecialistJob Description

We are seeking a diligent Accounts Payable Specialist to maintain responsibility of the full accounts payable cycle. This includes the 3-way PO matching process, coding of general ledger account information, and data entry of 1000+ invoices per month. The role also involves researching and reconciling invoice and PO discrepancies, processing new vendor request forms and vendor edits, conducting monthly expense report audits, preparing monthly AP Metrics reports, assisting in month-end general ledger entries and account reconciliations, assisting in audit requests, performing AP administration functions as needed, and participating in special projects.
