Description

We are a company in the logistics sector currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This position is based in Gardena, California, and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. This role can be performed remotely, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Must have experience with Quickbooks Online.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency

• Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and in a detail oriented manner

• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary

• Dispatch statements to customers as part of regular communication and follow-up

• Respond to customer questions in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain our systems

• Process payment remittances and match invoices in the system

• Make outbound collection calls as part of account management duties

• Utilize accounting software systems and other tools such as CRM, Epic Software, and ERP for efficient account management and record-keeping.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with Quickbooks Online

• Knowledge of general Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Billing Functions

• Experience with Cash Activity management

• Ability to handle Cash Handling duties

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivables Systems
