Sr. INJECTION MOLDING PROCESS TECHNICIAN - LIFE SCIENCES - $25/HR - $30/HR -1ST SHIFT

The Senior injection Molding Process Technician will work with the Supervisor and the lead to ensure that all employees are fully trained and consistently follow all safety, quality, and production procedures. The Technician will serve as a mentor and trainer for his/her team with the goal of No One Gets Hurt, Zero Defects to the Customer, 100% On Time Delivery, and Producing Parts to Established Run Rates.

This position will be responsible for Life Science's Injection Molding. The senior process technician will also be expected to manufacture products as needed to meet delivery schedules. They will help train new employees and provide team members with daily objectives, developing and implementing good ideas to motivate employee productivity and communicating with upper management to determine the best methods for meeting business goals.

Shift Hours: 5:00am – 1:30pm Monday through Friday.

Pay: $25 to $30 per hour

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in injection molding / plastics manufacturing

• High School Diploma/GED Required

• Microsoft Suite/Computer Skills required

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the local pay range for this position, which is $25 to $30 per hour. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 10% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures.

The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs/week * 52wks)) for this position, is $52,000 to $62,400. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.]
