2nd Shift/Afternoon Shift - Electromechanical Assembly

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated 2nd shift Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to join our team. Our company manufactures custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies, ranging from simple designs to extremely complex configurations. While no prior experience is required, we value individuals with great attitudes and a strong capacity for learning. Candidates must be willing to undergo extensive training to master our specific processes, which typically takes about one year. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable skills and certifications, including IPC-620 class III certification.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Garden Grove, California.

Work Environment

Climate controlled environment (Air Conditioned). This is a very clean facility that manufactures high-performance cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, and interconnect systems designed to function reliably under the harshest conditions. Most of the cable assemblies produced are used for aerospace or defense, including in SpaceX rockets, Virgin Orbit, and Armored Military vehicles
