2nd Shift Electromechanical Assembler

Job Description

• We are seeking 2nd shift Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to join our team. Our company manufactures custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies, ranging from the simple to the extremely complex.

• We are committed to training individuals with great attitudes and a strong capacity for learning.

• While there are no lifting requirements, candidates must be willing to train and learn new skills. It typically takes about one year to become fully trained on our products and processes.

• Candidates will have the opportunity to learn a lot while working with us.

• We will have a trainer coming to the facility to train and certify the team to IPC-620 class III standards.

Additional Information:

• 2nd shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm

• Must be able to work Overtime if needed.

**TRAINING will be in the 1st shift for 2-4 weeks: 8am-4:30pm

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Garden Grove, California.

Work Environment

• Climate controlled environment (Air Conditioned).

• This is a very clean facility that manufactures high-performance cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, and interconnect systems built to function reliably under even the harshest conditions.

• Most of the cable assemblies produced are used for aerospace or defense. Our products are used in SpaceX rockets, Virgin Orbit, as well as Armored Military vehicles.

• Winchester currently has 85 employees and is growing to over 130 next year.
