Develop and validate KPI’s for quantifying the value-add of a combined analysis of explicit user feedback (user reviews) and implicit usage tracking data

Analysis and comparison of best-in-class data analytics tools in the market while gathering hands-on experience in real project environments allowing a thorough understanding of state-of-the-art solutions
Identification of appropriate use cases for Siemens business
Identification of opportunities, where analysis of user & usage feedback data can lead to a better user experience of Siemens offerings
Definition of scientific hypotheses
Synthetization of gained insights into solutions (walking skeleton)
Adaption of selected data analytics tool to meet the required evaluation results
Validation of these hypotheses with real-world data in real application scenarios
To support your work and to ensure that outcomes will be utilized, we’ll provide the prerequisites for your success:
You will be embedded with a team of UX experts and closely collaborate with thought leaders to ensure you can draw from state-of-the-art expertise throughout your work
You will benefit from academic supervision through first-class experts in the field of data-driven SW development to ensure your work delivers a strong scientific contribution
What you need to make real what matters.
You hold an M.Sc. degree in computer science, mathematics or natural science, ideally with a strong background in artificial intelligence or analysis of quantitative or qualitative data
You have a basic knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
You have proven experience in a scripting language (e.g. Python), as well as in well-known AI libraries
You provide good teamwork and communication skills, as well as an independent and structured way of working
You are business fluent in German and English
Furthermore, you have a strong commitment and feel comfortable with handling innovative topics
