Sales Operations Analyst

Are you ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in sales operations? As a Sales Operations Analyst at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth and sales performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to analyze sales data, identify key trends, and develop actionable strategies. Your insights and recommendations will be crucial in driving operational excellence and ensuring a flawless sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate partnerships with Business leadership, commercial leadership, and marketing to enable strategic decision-making through sales reporting.

  • Design and develop C-Level forecasting, pipeline, sales, and critical metric reports to drive operational excellence.

  • Analyze sales productivity and provide actionable recommendations to sales leadership.

  • Conduct funnel analysis to streamline the sales cycle.

  • Publish sales reporting mechanisms to highlight key performance indicators and trends.

  • Collaborate with Finance and other functions to standardize reporting and identify strategic business trends.

  • Communicate with Global and APJ commercial leaders for regular business meeting and forecasting meeting

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or related field (equivalent experience will also be considered; Master's degree preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Sales Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Expertise in MS Power BI or other data visualization tools.

  • Fluent conversational English skills.
