Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Galveston, Texas. This role involves handling high volume calls, assisting customers, and performing administrative tasks. The position offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities:

• Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently

• Assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring their needs are met and their issues are resolved

• Process order entries and schedule appointments as required by customers

• Maintain and update customer records accurately, ensuring data accuracy

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and analyze customer data

• Respond to email correspondence from customers in a timely and professional manner

• Assist customers with parking passes as needed

• Ensure a high level of customer service is provided at all times

• Collaborate with the team to achieve customer service goals and objectives. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls.

• Experience in a call center customer service environment.

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

• Proficient in handling email correspondence professionally and promptly.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Experience in order entry and processing.

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively.

• Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve customer issues effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Higher education or certifications in relevant fields are considered a plus.
