Specialty Pharmacist - Per Diem Holzer Health System Gallipolis, Ohio Put Your Retail Experience to Work!! Day Shift Hours - Monday through Friday!! As a per diem,non-exempt CPS Solutions, LLC SpecialtyPharmacist, you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy. Schedule: This position is scheduled to work 8 to 16 hours per week with an availability of Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm. About the Facility: This hospital is a not-for-profit entity that is accredited by The Joint Commission. It is a regional health system consisting of two hospital locations in Gallipolis and Jackson, Ohio; multiple clinical locations; a comprehensive therapy and wellness center; a dental care facility; a variety long-term care entities including senior care and assisted living establishments in Jackson and Gallipolis; over 160 providers and more than 30 medical specialties and over 2500 employees.CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-dayoperations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC. About the Pharmacy: The Pharmacy is open Monday throughFriday from 8:30am through 5:00pm. Required Qualifications: Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy; PharmD preferred Current Pharmacist license in good standing in Ohio Successful completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency program strongly preferred Experience as a Pharmacist in aHospital setting preferred Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems Effective communications skills; verbal and written Hospital Requirements: (may be required) (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer provingimmunity Varicella -(2)documented doses or A Blood Titer proving HepB3 Series(or declination) (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th COVID Vaccine-Full Benefits:All Per Diem employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) program with an employer match as well as for the EAP (employee assistance program).
