ODL Associate Account Representative in Gallatin, Tennessee

ODL is a leading provider of residential building products including decorative, clear and impact-resistant door glass, enclosed blinds-between-glass, decorative privacy windows, add-on blinds, retractable screens, and tubular skylights. We are seeking an Associate Account Representative to support our Western Reflections Division in Gallatin, Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career. The selected candidate will be challenged with managing sales, service and program activities for assigned accounts while ensuring they receive the best service possible through the prompt and efficient processing of customer inquiries and driving high levels of customer satisfaction. Essential Job Functions: Manage the following selling activities for our Home Center and OEM Door Channels Training of our customer’s sales team Service Trade Show activities Training Seminars New Product Introductions Program/Product Roll outs Provide communication to organization with regard to ODL/WR corporate accounts business and coordinate efforts between departments/divisions to fulfill required activities. Execute programs, and provide strategies and contacts that will: Grow existing business Improve service efficiencies for ODL/WR Business Analysis — analyze report data and provide information regarding sales trends Product sales by location/account Credit activities Product delivery and service metrics Perform competitor shops at retail locations Marketplace Analysis — provide information to National Account Manager to understand the marketplace Key competitive moves Business trends and their impact Provide insight and recommend action plans to the organization as to how we best capitalize on these to drive our business Provide sales forecasts as required Administer Co-op programs at the account level as needed Administer display programs Coordinate requirements of programs across divisions/locations Marketing resources Delivery issues Quality issues Engineering requirements Product requirements Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Sales and Marketing, or related field 2 years of industry experience Superior teamwork skills Excellent written and verbal communication Strong presentation skills Robust computer skills to include knowledge of the Internet, ERP systems, and the MS Office suite Highly Motivated - Creative in problem solving Ability to synthesize information quickly and make decisions Team player – able to manage project tasks and deadlines working with internal departments and in conjunction with external resources. Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
