Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of all catering functions to ensure flawless service delivery.

• Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team, encouraging a collaborative and hard-working work culture.

• Take charge of logistics, quality improvement, sanitation, and all facility-related activities to ensure premier service.

• Collaborate closely with the culinary team to design and implement innovative, high-quality menus that delight our clients.

• Provide comprehensive training in service techniques, menu presentation, and customer service to ensure consistent and exceptional client experiences.

• Maintain strict control over labor and food costs for each event, ensuring financial efficiency and sustainability.

• Engage effectively with management, clients, customers, and associates to build positive relationships and ensure seamless event execution.

• Support all aspects of food service operations as needed, demonstrating flexibility and dedication.

• Embrace additional responsibilities with a positive attitude and a dedication to excellence.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of catering food service experience, including 1 year in a catering management role.

• Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, or related food service operations is highly valued.

• Proven experience in catering management is crucial for this role.

• Must be available to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules as needed.

• Some knowledge of food and catering trends, with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.

• Strong financial, budgetary, accounting, and computational skills to effectively manage event costs.

• Proficient in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation.

• ServSafe Certification is required.
