Job Description

On a day-to-day basis, this candidate will:

• internally and externally communicate with quality and service for their clients

• resolve open tasks, making sure all tasks are cared for immediately

• informing the correct people and branches to ensure proper resolution

• continuously learn the internal technologies used on a daily basis

• communicate internally to find the proper party for necessary fixes of order prevention

• communicate with transportation teams to obtain necessary billing documentation

• continuously improve current billing cycle

Skills and Requirements

• at least 1 year of experience in audit, accounts payable, accounts receivable, load planning, logistics, or transportation - Associate's degree in business or transportation

• problem-solving abilities

• verbal and written communication skills

• presentation skills null
