Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Success Partner:Collaborate with a variety of campus stakeholders to review event plans, ensuring they align with university policies and regulations. Your expert advice will empower event organizers to host safe, successful, and unforgettable events.

  • Policy Champion:Play a crucial role in interpreting, implementing, and refining university policies. Your insights will directly contribute to maintaining a safe and vibrant campus environment.

  • Special Projects Leader:Take on diverse and exciting special projects, driving forward initiatives under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Operations in Business Affairs.

  • Office Ambassador:Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact within our office, providing exceptional customer service and support to both colleagues and event applicants.

Work hours: Monday through Friday – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; 40 hours a week with occasional extended hours required to respond to time sensitive projects and initiatives.

Expected Salary:

Expected starting salary $21.50 - $24.00 hourly, based on experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors degree; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
