Position Summary

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for performing the hands-on configuration and maintenance of the detailed information in QCS1 (Quality Control System) within a factory in accordance with the guidelines established by Division Quality Management.

Responsibility

• Provide QCS1 leadership and direction at the factory. Troubleshoot QCS1 user issues and communicate needs to the Division QCS1 Administrator

• Provide and disseminate periodic reports, including, but not limited to – daily sync reports and give feedback to Production Planning, DQM and plant QA – daily review of Out of Norm situations and give feedback to DQM and other factories

• Modify the plant QCS1 system, including, but not limited to-

• Adjust the raw material sampling levels on a monthly basis

• Add new profiles as needed

• Add new finished goods to QCS1 as needed

• Coordinate plant QCS1 user training

• Conduct periodic maintenance and purging of the system

• Follow recipes and deviations at all times

• Comply with all FDA rules, procedures and work practices

• Follow all Nestle and GMP procedures

• Maintain confidential information on recipes

• Report all deviations from the recipe

Requirements

BS in a science related field, such as food, chemistry or microbiology, or a computer discipline in a plus

1-3 years of leadership experience Experience with managing Consumer Complaints, Foreign Body Prevention, and First Time Right
