Adecco US, Inc. Admin assistant in Gaffney, South Carolina

Adecco Staffing is looking for an experienced Training and Development Admin for a multinational manufacturer in Gaffney, SC. This is a temp to hire position.

1st shift, Monday thru Friday.

Pay - $18/hr - $22/hr.

Requirements:

  • Administer and maintain the learning management system (LMS), including user management, course creation, and system configuration.

  • Create engaging learning content, including work instructions, training materials, and user guides.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather requirements and design effective learning solutions.

  • Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure employees can use the LMS and access learning materials.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning content and make necessary updates.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning management systems and content creation.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to LMS users.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate learning content into various platforms and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in learning management systems administration and content creation.

  • Strong knowledge of learning management systems and proficiency in content creation tools.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Experience in delivering end-user training and providing technical support.

  • Familiarity with digital skills and technologies related to e-learning.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $22.00 per hour
