During your initial weeks in this role, you will:

• Initiate contact with delinquent accounts to recover outstanding debts.
• Skillfully negotiate payment plans while managing a portfolio of delinquent accounts and strategically prioritizing collection efforts.
• Maintain meticulous and current records of interactions and debt collection activities.

Requirements: To qualify for this position, you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent. The Ideal candidate:

• Consistent record of attendance and punctuality, as these are essential job functions.
• Self-motivated individuals who are detail-oriented, comfortable making decisions, and adept at problem-solving.
• Have a strong work ethic and a strong desire to achieve individual and team goals.
• Able to complete the FDCPA and HIPAA training and pass.
• Comfortable and confident asking people to pay their balances over the telephone.
• Follow all applicable federal and state laws
• Demonstrate flexibility when changes are announced.
• Experience and knowledge of medical collections is a plus.

Language Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret instructional materials such as policy guides, and rules. Clear speaking voice and strong communication skills required including listening skills. Bilingual is a plus.

Computer Skills: Comfortable working with computers. Experience and Proficient with Microsoft Office(Word and Excel)
