Are you a compassionate and dedicated educational leader? Enko Education (http://enkoeducation.com/) is looking for full-time, experienced and qualified Head Of School who lead our inclusive Primary and Secondary international schools.

The ideal candidate

 

As the Head of School, you will have overall responsibility for a campus’ educational and financial outcomes. You will set-up, operate and continuously improve all aspects of the school including, but not limited to learning and teaching, finance, operations, and student recruitment, in line with the group’s Standards & Practices and the Enko Culture. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Implement Enko Education Standards and Practices

  • Lead the school through international accreditation / re-accreditation processes for the IB and CAIE

  • Drive the registration and re-registrations plus all compliance of national regulations

  • Achieve the school’s educational objectives

  • Build an outstanding team. Recruit, develop, retain highest quality national teaching and administrative support staff

  • Achieve the school’s enrolment and financial objectives

  • Ensure parent, teacher and student satisfaction

  • Lead partner engagements and maintain a high level of satisfaction with the owner

  • Contribute to improving the Enko model and developing our network in Africa

  • As part of a team, you will receive a wide range of support from Enko Education’s central team and from other heads of schools.

  • Has extensive experience as a head of international schools at the secondary school level or has been an IB Head of Department or Coordinator - with Cambridge also preferred

  • Has minimally, a Master’s degree at a world-recognized university and an education qualification.
