Summary

Leads a group of Finance Specialists or Supervisors, establish and drive Operations Finance processes and partner with other functional team members to improve factory financial matrices. Recommends and implements procedures and processes in support of Operations strategy and provides technical subject matter expertise to senior leaders.

Job Description

  • Developing strategic and operational goals for factory Ops finance to support long-term and strategic business objectives of the organization.

  • Directs Operations finance reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting as well as preparation of action plans and recommendations for Manufacturing & operational decisions.

  • Leads annual standard costs updates, productivity reporting, cost accounting and analysis.

  • Leads interpretation of Factory financial reports and statistical analysis as well as development of recommendations.

  • Recommends and implements procedures and processes to drive productivity and identifies risks and opportunities.

  • Leads large-scale, cross-functional projects. Directs support on key financial transactions and business decisions.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior financial based experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 8 years’ experience.

Other Essential requirements

Leadership Experience : Demonstrated expertise in training financial analysts on processes and procedures, ideally within a multinational organization.

Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to build effective and respectful partnerships across Operations, Supply Chain, Distribution, and Engineering functions.

Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
