Job Summary:
We are seeking an Apprentice Electrician to join our team. As an Apprentice Electrician, you will assist the journeyman electricians in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in starting a career in the electrical trade.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
Strong attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Assist journeyman electricians in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems
Learn and follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
Perform basic electrical tasks such as running conduit, pulling wire, and mounting fixtures
Troubleshoot electrical issues and assist in making necessary repairs
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
Complete all assigned tasks and projects in a timely manner
Attend apprenticeship training programs to gain additional knowledge and skills in the electrical trade
