MAG SOA/TRMS Training Management Office - Quality Assurance in Ft. Campbell, Kentucky
Position Summary
MAG Aerospace is currently bidding on a contract to provide flight training support services for the U.S. Army Special Operations Aviation Command (USASAOC) We are seeking highly qualified Training Management Office Quality Assurance (TMO-QA) to support USASOAC’s 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (160th SOAR) and the Special Operations Aviation Training Battalion (SOATB).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
Responsible for thequality assurance of all institutional course material in the ARSOAC enterprise. The Contractor shall serve as thequality assurance (QA) subject-matter-expert (SME) in all areas of training and documentation relating toinstitutional training, course presentations, course specifications, training support requirements, and distancelearning.
Perform analysis and investigations to detect adverse quality trends or conditions and recommend corrective actions. The Contractor shall analyze course information and provide analysis detailing the overall course and training quality in the annual SOATB Self Study using Army Enterprise Accreditation Standards (AEAS) as the metric.
Ensure that all training is completed IAW TRADOC Regulation 350-70.
Ensure that all training as outlined is performed IAW Army Regulation 350-1.
Provide quality assurance oversight that includes but not limited to the following: 1) the POI review process; 2) all Critical Task Site Selection Board (CTSSB) products; 3) all Course Design Review (CDR) products; 4) all Post Instruction Conferences (PIC); and 5) all ATRRS functions for SOATB.
Liaison with USASOC’s SWCS quality assurance section for guidance and best practices. The Contractor shall recommend required improvements to support validated training requirements.
Evaluate all SOATB products in TDC using Army Enterprise Accreditation Standards (AEAS) as the metric.
Provide the COR with monthly and annual assessments of contractor performance.
Shall include recommendations for deficiencies noted in the monthly and annual assessments.
Summarize overall performance/progress in the assessments.
Travel to locations including Fort Liberty, NC, Fort MacDill AFB, FL, and other CONUS locations for data collection and training process coordination.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Successfully served as a KD field grade officer within the ARSOAC enterprise OR former US Army
Senior NCO and served within the ARSOAC enterprise.
Minimum two years of quality assurance experience and managing training.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
SECRET clearance and SCI eligible

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $80500 to $149500 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
