Winter Co-op 2025 – Manufacturing Engineering – Frisco, TX

As a Winter Co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be a part of the beverage revolution. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our US Refreshment Beverage division in our Strategy and Innovation Engineering team. We are focused on long range planning activities, project planning, budgeting forecasting, technical evaluation and consistent communication to key stakeholders across our 18 manufacturing sites. The Co-Op will have the opportunity to participate in difference phases of project planning and execution across multiple projects. Additionally, during the project selection process, the Co-Op will have real responsibilities and opportunities to grow their project management skills, technical skills, and soft people skills.

Shift/Schedule:

  • The KDP 2025Winter Co-op Program will run from January 6 - May 23, 2025

  • Full-time; 40 hours per week

  • Monday-Friday

  • 8:00am until 5:00pm 

  • In-Person

As a Winter Co-op you will gain exposure to :

  • Auto-CAD drawing management

  • Project Management scheduling

  • Project Management budgeting/forecasting

  • Technical planning for project execution

Elements of the KDP Co-op Program include:

  • Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environment

  • Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders

  • Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting

  • Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network

  • Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders
