Summer 2025 Intern – IT Portfolio Management Office (PMO) - Frisco, TX

As a Summer 2025 Intern – IT PMO in Frisco, TX at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will join a fast-paced Information Technology organization, dedicated to leveraging technology to drive innovation and productivity in the challenging, highly competitive beverage industry. You will have an active role in as the organization transforms to agile ways of working and participating in the management of the financial, scope, and timeline aspects of the technology portfolio to ensure strong value deliver for KDP investments.

Shift/Schedule:

  • The KDP 2025 Summer Intern Program will run from June 2 – August 8, 2025

  • Full-time; 40 hours per week

  • Monday-Friday

  • 8:00am until 5:00pm

  • Hybrid, 3 days in the office typically aligned T, W, Th with our Frisco IT-PMO team

As an Intern you will:

  • Partner with portfolio management teams to understand the outcomes of critical IT Portfolio Epics (a significant investment that provides substantial business value and satisfies customer requirements) to identify opportunities to support delivery of KDP strategic goals

  • Monitor the progress of IT Epics by providing data and visibility to guide and support key Epic owners and teams’ decision making

  • Contribute by supporting value, risk and progress reporting

  • Identify and develop approaches to automate manual processes performed within the portfolio with an opportunity to learn portfolio and work management as well as data visualization tooling

  • Learn and contribute to the organization’s move to agile ways of working, promoting agile methodologies, and working with Agile coaches, Scrum Masters, and various team members to facilitate the adoption and implementation of Agile practices.

Elements of the KDP Intern Program include:

  • Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environment

  • Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders

  • Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting

  • Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network

  • Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders
