The traditional Shopper path-to-purchase has been upended within today’s digitally centric world. It’s less of a linear funnel – and more of a fragmented journey influenced by how Shoppers are using digital commerce to engage with brands, research products & make purchases.

To win within this always evolving Shopper landscape, it’s critical that KDP deploy the full range of modern digital marketing tools to engage Shoppers at the moments that matter and influence purchase wherever it’s occurring, whether it’s brick & mortar or eCommerce.

But this cannot happen in a silo. To live up to KDP’s reputation and culture of driving a scrappy challenger-mindset, we must embrace the required partnership with our national media team to create a seamless end-to-end Shopper engagement system that maximizes the impact of our marketing investment and continuously optimizes efficiency & effectiveness.

As the Sr. Director of Omnichannel Marketing & Analytics, you will be responsible for overseeing the center-of-excellence and team that is defining KDP’s standards & practices within the critical and constantly evolving capability spaces that impact KDP’s Omnichannel performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Retail Media & Paid Search:

  • Accelerate KDP’s Omnichannel marketing capabilities within retail media, in-house paid search & analytics to achieve annual growth targets at key retailer customers.

  • Partner with the National Media team to drive end-to-end media strategies, plans, measurement and rapid optimization capabilities in service of efficiency & effectiveness goals.

  • Shape KDP’s framework for selecting and investing in Retailer Media Networks.

  • Drive credible Retail Media Network engagement & negotiation by supplying data and industry expertise.

  • Partner with Omnichannel customer facing teams to shape retail media & paid search plans vs. goals, requirements and budgets.

  • Agency Operations:

  • Lead agency capability building as it relates to core & emerging capabilities required to execute end-to-end media planning, activation, measurement & optimization.

  • Provide leadership over annual scoping & budgeting processes to ensure that agency support is being focused on strategically aligned growth drivers.

  • Lead training across Omni Marketing team for critical skills and ways of working.

  • Analytics:

  • Partner with Data & Analytics COE to define critical data & KPIs for credibly tracking and managing Omnichannel performance.

  • Lead engagement with internal and external measurement partners & retailers to ensure timely flow of accurate data to feed measurement & reporting processes.

You will also be responsible for leading the eCommerce marketing team focused on accelerating growth at Amazon and other emerging pureplay eCommerce partners, like Instacart. Within this, you will be accountable for:

  • Providing leadership and support to the Amazon Customer Facing Team (CFT)

  • Leverage eCommerce drivers analytics to develop “full toolkit” business plans for achieving fair share performance within eCommerce vs. Brick & Mortar.

  • Driving test & learn experiments for continuous learning & improvement within eCommerce capabilities.

  • Scaling best practices and insights to other Omnichannel CFTs to help KDP win within eCommerce everywhere.
