The Senior HR Operations Continuous Improvement Specialist is a part of the myHR team, world class, value added, and client-driven team that works in partnership with other functions to provide strategic, simple and efficient solutions for KDP employees. The Sr HR Operations Continuous Improvement specialist position aims to improve operational efficiency and employee experience. This role needs someone who is proactive, organized, skilled at communicating as well as familiar with continuous improvement processes.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Project & Process Management: The role involves spearheading process improvement initiatives with the following key responsibilities:

  • Lead the inception and execution of process improvement projects for the most widely used and impactful HR processes (ex: onboarding, leave of absence, termination, etc.).

  • May develop agendas for and facilitate kaizen or other lean events.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing project scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, resource needs, and establish timelines for processes identified for improvement.

  • Serve as a catalyst for change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

  • Acquire expertise in HR technology platforms, staying abreast of new tools and features, and championing the adoption of our suite of tools.

  • Regularly reviewing and auditing key HR processes that help to drive the employee experience to identify areas of opportunity

  • HR Program Analytics & Consulting: Your tasks will include:

  • Assist in tracking KPIs for the entire HR operation and for each individual queue within ServiceNow.

  • Collecting data from diverse sources and conducting thorough analysis to interpret and summarize the findings, recognizing trends and providing valuable insights for teams with queues within ServiceNow.

  • Identifying the root causes of operational challenges and potential areas for improvement.

  • Making recommendations to other departments within HR on how to improve key HR processes.

  • Developing, testing, and executing strategies aimed at achieving desired outcomes aligned with business objectives.

  • Coordinating and managing the implementation of changes within ServiceNow HR Service Delivery to enhance overall efficiency and employee experience. This may include assisting with user acceptance testing, acting as a change champion, helping to document project timelines and milestones, etc.

  • Customer Service:

  • Conducts access management, process management, and provides support for knowledge and production, including issue resolution and documentation management.

  • Assists in the daily operations concerning all myHR ServiceNow requests and the maintenance of associated systems and processes.

  • Participates in knowledge base management by generating, reviewing, and approving article content and engaging with stakeholders to address questions and clarifications.

  • Collaborates in managing to uphold system quality and mitigate adverse impacts and risks to the business.

  • Shares best practices on process creation and ServiceNow across departmental and functional teams.

  • Able to influence across departments to encourage adoption of ServiceNow and drive improvement in KPIs

    Work Schedule: This role is available hybrid (2/3) or 100% onsite. Core work hours are 8:00am-5:00pm.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2+ years work experience in project management and process improvement supporting implementation, enhancements, data analytics

  • Experience with ServiceNow Case Management, Knowledge Management and Service Portal or HR Service Delivery preferred

  • Broad knowledge of multiple Human Resources functions (i.e., Benefits / L&D / Talent Management / Onboarding) preferred

  • Workday experience preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) product suite

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or related degree preferred or AA with 2 years or GED with 4 years of work experience in lieu of

  • Preferred experience includes leading or working knowledge of Kaizen sessions

  • Preferred six sigma yellow or green belt
