Omni Hotels Restaurant Supervisor in Frisco, Texas

The new Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star is more than just the official hotel of the Dallas Cowboys, it’s the new social hub for great food, fun and nightlife. Job Description

Ensure proper guest service through continuous training of staff and coordination with management and staff.

Responsibilities

+ + Ensure all stations and knowledge of menus required for proper services are ready.

  • Stations set-up and breakdown; supervised side duties being done.

  • Must have full familiarity with menus.

  • Must have full knowledge of beverages offered.

  • Must be familiar with and adhere to all liquor liability laws and certified T.I.P.S.

  • Greeting the guests.

  • Utilizing the "pivot point" system.

  • Taking the beverage order.

  • Informing guests of daily specials.

  • Ringing checks for alcoholic beverages.

  • Service to the guests

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by restaurant manager.

Qualifications

  • Must be a team player.

  • Possess a “Can Do” attitude.

  • Must have experience in handling beverages. Must have current TIPS & SERVSAFE certifications

  • Must be flexible.

  • Must be able to manage cash, credit card & house charge transactions.

  • Strong verbal & technical communication skills

  • Open availability to include split shifts, late nights, early mornings, weekends & holidays
