A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PROJECT MANAGER

As a Project Manager, you are excited to come to work each day to lead your team of design professionals to success. You manage many projects including churches, K-12 schools, municipal parks and so much more that is treasure by the community. Your familiarity with local building design codes and other design criteria are essential to your success.

In addition to developing proposals, scopes, and fees, you manage the demands of in-house by tracking scope and performance of the design team assigned to the projects. Your exceptional communication skills assist you in developing successful relationships with clients, staff, municipal authorities, vendors, and contractors. You also utilize these skills as you present at hearings, commissions, and council meetings. It is rewarding to know that your hard work makes a positive impact on our community.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in the Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture or Construction Management field
  • At least 5 years of experience of project management experience with projects
  • Desire to grow team and market in Frisco, Texas

Project Management Professional certification helpful but not required. Experience with software including AutoCAD and Revit is a plus!
