Program Manager, Logistics Capital Projects

As the Program Manager, Logistics Capital Projects for Supply Chain Logistics at Keurig Dr Pepper, you will lead a team of Logistics Project Managers overseeing critical cross-functional capital projects. From ensuring business continuity to optimizing warehouse space and driving technology transformation, your role is pivotal in aligning project scopes and timelines to ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Additionally, you'll provide leadership in business operations, organization, and enterprise-wide continuity efforts, emphasizing strategic thinking, effective team management, and collaboration with internal and external partners to maintain excellence in logistics .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (Transportation, Warehouse, Technology, Finance) to ensure the timely delivery of Logistics Critical Initiatives and Projects.

  • Prioritize project deliverables, resolving conflicts to ensure flawless execution.

  • Track and report project updates accurately using cross-functional tools, monitoring timelines and deliverables closely.

  • Identify root causes of supply chain-related gaps in project timelines, guiding teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment emphasizing open communication and continuous improvement.

  • Summarize analysis conclusions into concise executive presentations.

  • Assist the Project Management Team in crafting formal business cases for supply chain logistics projects.

  • Drive projects to meaningful conclusions, gaining stakeholder alignment and defining clear action plans.

  • Collaborate with leadership across the organization to ensure project deliverables are on track, providing support during escalations.

  • Occasionally serve as a project manager on major supply chain logistics initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management , Logistics, or Project Management preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Project Tracking, or Initiatives/Innovation Projects.

  • Proven leadership experience managing multiple projects and a team of direct reports.

  • Prior experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP.

  • Proficiency in managing large datasets using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Tableau, including pivot tables, V-lookups, and data visualization.

  • Ability to create high-quality professional presentations in MS PowerPoint, influencing key decisions with factual results.

  • Experience with project portfolio management applications (e.g., Smartsheet ) desirable.

  • Familiarity with SAP, data visualization software (Tableau, PowerBI), data transformation software (SQL, Alteryx), and Think-cell software preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to model operational scenarios with multiple input variables using MS Excel.

  • Willingness to travel 15%-25%.
