Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Full-time (Hybrid Remote – up to 2 days remote after 90 days)

Frisco, TX

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and trial

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories; files Federal and State motions and pleadings according to judicial procedures

• Research and analyze statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources; provides written analysis to attorneys

• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and depositions, which may include attending trials and hearings

• Manage case files and maintain document databases

• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel

• Perform other duties as assigned

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program, preferred. Will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal

• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and legal terminology

• Proficiency in legal research and writing

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software programs
