NCR Atleos, the world's leader in self-service financial solutions, is expanding the Network Solutions Team, seeking an Executive Director, Global Network Solutions. The Network Solutions Team brings to life the promise of Access Expanded, the Atleos purpose driven mission of bringing financial inclusion, efficiency, and convenience through self-service financial innovation.

Leading the global team of solutions and development team members, the Executive Director, Global Network Solutions, will be a thought leader who develops the potential of existing solutions and delivers new tools that improve the value proposition of Atleos to the customers, partners, and end consumers in communities around the world.

The Executive Director will hold deep and broad knowledge of key areas that include:

• Self-service financial kiosks and their role(s) around the globe

• Landscape of options in place for issuers, retailers, and governments across the globe for self-service financial solutions

• End to end operations of ATMs as it occurs in different markets and submarkets around the world

• How financial institutions make decisions and determinations around infrastructure and physical delivery

• The evolution of the role of cash around the globe

The Executive Director will have attributes & skills that include:

• Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills

• Commitment to directly engage in building solutions & owning outcomes, not strategy delivery alone

• Excellent communicator with a positive attitude and desire to work closely with others across the globe

• Passionate problem solver inclined toward action with a thirst to learn

• A desire to create team wins over individual victories

• Ability to build consensus through business case delivery, data interpretation, and providing insights

• Delivery of a clear, detailed, actionable plan at the regional level to enhance the value proposition of Network globally

EDUCATIONAL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience with roles that support the key knowledge areas

• Proven verbal and written communication skills, design skills and strong presentation skills to C-level audiences

• Demonstrated experience in product development and delivery

• Demonstrated experience in the Financial Institution services, payment or ATM industry

• Demonstrated experience in building consensus with business cases and data across functional areas

• Demonstrated success in solution delivery beyond North America in financial services infrastructure

• Ability to pass pre-employment background screening
