Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in North Texas. This role is within the manufacturing and nutritional industry and will involve a significant level of responsibility in managing accounts receivable functions for this fully on-site project.

Responsibilities:

• Cash applications

• Collections

• Aging reports

• Billing and invoicing

• Assisting with A/P when required

Requirements

• Must hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is crucial.

• Experience with Month End Close procedures.

• Knowledge and working experience with NetSuite software is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
